A1. Turnaround times depend on the package you select:

Intro Package: Results will be delivered within 2-3 days.
All other packages: Expect delivery within 5-8 days.

If there are any unforeseen delays, you will receive an update via email.

Q2. Who will have access to my photos?

A2. Your privacy is our priority. Only I (Tonya) will have access to your photos and any personal details related to your Color Branding results.

Should you wish to share your results publicly, a photo release agreement must be reviewed and signed. If you prefer to keep your results private, you have the option to opt out.

Q3. What if I am not satisfied with my Color Branding results? Can I get a refund?

A3. All payments and deposits are non-refundable—no exceptions. Before purchasing, please carefully review our image and style programs, online products, and coaching services.

Clients are responsible for full payment, whether they choose to complete the program or not.
Missed payments will incur a $15 late fee if not received by the due date.

While refunds are not available, we are committed to addressing concerns and making reasonable corrections when necessary.
