By accessing the Renaissance Woman of Style (“RWOS”) website, services, or programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, applicable laws and regulations, and acknowledge that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this site or enrolling in any services. All materials on this site are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

 

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of materials from RWOS for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify, copy, or redistribute materials.

• Use materials for commercial purposes or public display.

• Decompile, reverse engineer, or tamper with any software or systems.

• Remove proprietary labels, trademarks, or notices.

• Mirror materials on another server.

This license terminates automatically if these restrictions are violated.

 

3. Disclaimer

 

All materials, services, and information on RWOS are provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee results, accuracy, or reliability of services or products and disclaim all warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

 

4. Limitations of Liability

 

In no event shall RWOS or its representatives be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, loss of data, profit, or interruption, even if RWOS has been advised of the possibility. These limitations may not apply in jurisdictions that do not allow exclusions of liability.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.

 

✦ REFUND & REVISION POLICY

 

All service payments and deposits are non-refundable. This includes coaching services, intensives, virtual consultations, and digital products.

​

However, in the event of client dissatisfaction, 1–2 reasonable revisions may be offered to rectify any misunderstandings or alignment issues. Revisions must be requested within 3 business days of delivery.

 

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis, only after revisions have been attempted and are deemed insufficient by the service provider. Partial refunds (if any) are at the sole discretion of RWOS and will be communicated clearly in writing.

 

RWOS reserves the right to decline future services to clients who repeatedly violate communication boundaries, abuse revision limits, or misuse our offerings.

 

✦ PAYMENT & LATE FEES

 

Clients are fully responsible for any and all fees associated with their selected services or programs—regardless of usage or engagement level. Missed payments under payment plans will incur a $15.00 CAD late fee per missed or delayed installment.

 

✦ CLIENT IMAGE USAGE + MEDIA CONSENT POLICY

 

By engaging with RWOS services, clients may be invited to participate in before-and-after visuals, branding showcases, or testimonials for marketing purposes.

 

RWOS will always seek written or digital consent before publicly sharing any client images, names, or transformation stories. You may opt-in or opt-out at any time. Participation is completely voluntary.

A formal Media Consent Form will be provided and must be signed before any promotional usage.

RWOS agrees to never disclose sensitive or personal client details and will always present transformations respectfully and professionally.

RWOS provides high-touch, image coaching and branding services designed for transformational, respectful, and positive experiences. We are committed to excellence in both in-person and virtual interactions.

We ask our clients to show the same level of professionalism. Inappropriate behavior, disrespectful communication, or boundary violations may result in immediate dismissal from our services without refund.

RWOS respects your privacy. Any personal information collected is used solely for service delivery and will never be sold, shared, or used outside of its intended purpose.
